Is Wildgrow free?

Yes. All features are included at no cost: health scores, activity tracking, breathwork, and body metrics.

What health metrics does it track?

Resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen (SpO2), respiratory rate, wrist temperature, sleep stages, steps, and training load. All sourced from Apple HealthKit.

How does Training Load work?

Training Load uses zone-weighted active minutes to calculate how hard you're training. It compares your acute load (recent activity) to your chronic load (long-term baseline) and shows a training balance ratio so you can avoid overtraining.

What breathing exercises are included?

Five guided protocols: Physiological Sigh for quick calm, Box Breathing for focus, 4-7-8 for relaxation, Diaphragmatic Breathing for recovery, and Power Breathing for energy. Each session is animated with customizable rounds.

Where is my health data stored?

All your health data is stored securely in Apple HealthKit on your device. Wildgrow never sends your data to external servers. Your privacy is built into the architecture.
